Information architecture is more important today than ever before: Not only is there more information available to us at any given time, but there are also more means to access and produce it. As a designer of information environments, you need to be able to think beyond the user interface to the underlying structures which bring order and coherence to the products and services your users will interact with.

This hands-on workshop re-considers the fundamentals of IA in light of our new multi-channel reality. We will focus on the role of conceptual modelling in the design process, and how modelling can serve as the bridge between your organisation’s strategy and the structures that get built into digital products.
